Kick the Bad Habits!

Hiding from the reality of your bad habits?! QUIT IT! Now is the time to let them go!

So I’ve had a few blogs over being out with the old and in with the new sort of thing, trying new things and how to stick to your resolutions… but how about kicking the habits that are weighing you down? Maybe not even weighing down but kicking the habits that you know you really need to.

It’s a way that you can start off the year with a clear mind and healthier habits! Yeah, so maybe it sounds like resolutions but it may be easier to not think of it that way.

Bad habits that you may want to kick are eating junk food, biting your nails, taking the elevator instead of the stairs, or maybe a social media habit… or maybe it’s a Sunday Funday habit that you’re feeling the need to kick on this Monday morning, l o l.

All seem like small things but could really make a healthier difference in your life! Maybe you’re needing to clean out your closet and get rid of the clothes you don’t wear anymore. Some of us would be getting rid of everything except our most comfy college t-shirt that came right from the best source of college products: Barefoot Campus Outfitter!

Or perhaps your goals have to do with facebook or insta. Personally, I honestly want to kick my social media habit and quit focusing so much on what is going on in the world around me, how many likes my latest post got or who has seen my snapchat… does that stuff really even matter? No. While I’m absorbed in all of that mess, I’m missing out on what is going on right in front of me!
