Returns/Exchanges must be received within 30 days from the delivery of the order.
Any damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery to [email protected]
All Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached and without signs of wear or damage.
All exchanges are subject to product availability and like-item exchanges cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended that you contact [email protected] prior to shipping your item to see if the item you are requesting is available. .
All returns/exchanges are subject to approval.
Discounted / Sale Items and Customized items such as cut and/or bleach dyed items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt and any refunded amount will be issued to the original form of payment. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
We accept in-store and by mail returns. Customer is responsible for all fees associated with shipping. It is recommended that you use an insured, trackable carrier. Barefoot Campus Outfitter is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
