We know you can’t wait for your package to arrive at your front door, so please read below to help guide your shipping selection. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible!

Oh, and did we mention all domestic orders over $50 receive FREE shipping through USPS!?

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 72 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but may not ship until the following business day. 

Invalid shipping address will require verification from buyer and could delay the processing time. USPS picks up our shipments at the end of each business day. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-4 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

*Please note that processing times will vary during the holidays due to high traffic volume.

*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Barefoot cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc. 

Where does Barefoot ship to?

Barefoot does not offer International shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at  

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

During business hours, once you receive our email stating that your order is placed, our Barefoot team has already started working on filling and shipping your order.However, if you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email, please immediately reach out to [email protected] If for some reason you ordered the wrong size or need to cancel an item- please email or give us a call as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that we can update the order for you but we will do our best. We ask that in your email you include your first and last name, your order number and what changes need to be made. If the order has already been processed for shipment, we are not able to make changes to the address.


What happens if my package is refused or sent back to the sender?

Things happen! If your shipment is refused or returned to the sender, you will receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to Barefoot. If a package is returned due to an insufficient shipping address, please provide us with the correct address to get it shipped back out. 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Barefoot Campus Outfitters is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
