Each day of the festival offers a new, exciting event making the festival one of a kind, and entertaining for everyone.
Friday: This is what they call the “The Battle of the Chefs”, and you guessed it, you will be voting on the best chef and bartender in the state of Texas! Dinner is a themed Great Gatsby party that will also have live jazz music and gypsy swing to accompany the VIP dinner.
Saturday: If running is more your speed, sign up for the 5K Hill Country Bier Run. This 5k will go through the glorious hill country ending at the famous Pioneer Museum. After you burn all those calories, re-energize with a Breakfast of Meisters with German Sausage and beer!
After the run, come and enjoy the festival portion of the day! Try all the wine, beer, and liquor flavors of Texas while listening to great music including Dirty River Dixie Band and Camden Jordan.
Sunday: Dress in your Sunday best for the Bluebonnet Victory Cup Polo Match. Enjoy the alcohol tastings while watching Texas Tech and Alumni/ Cowboy Polo battle for the Victory Cup for the afternoon.
To celebrate the match, attend the Victory Cup Farm to Table Dinner. Brought to you from the surrounding land, this family-style four-course meal is set with live music and wine and beer pairings.
There are different levels of tickets you can buy. Pre-ordering online is the cheapest for single and couple tickets, but they also will have tickets at the door if you decide last minute you can’t miss this event.
