It’s almost the best day of the year!!! Okay, that might be a little bit of an exaggeration BUT it’s a pretty good day! National Margarita Day babyyyy. It’s this Saturday, February 22nd. To get into the true spirit of things, I’ve gathered some of the BEST margarita recipes that I know you’ll love! Oh, and I almost forgot, Barefoot’s got a couple of tees that would be PERFECT for National Margarita Day this weekend that I’ll include at the bottom of the post!

Ingredients: 1 oz tequila, 1 oz orange flavored triple sec, 1/2 oz lime juice, 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt, Lemonade Seltzer
Directions: Add the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a glass and top with the lemonade seltzer.

Ingredients: 60 ml tequila, 60 ml lime or lemon juice, 30 ml low carb simple syrup, 3 drops orange extract, sea salt
Directions: Shake above ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Pour into a glass and serve.

Ingredients: Tequila, 10 fl oz Frozen Margarita Mix, Triple Sec, Blender
Directions: Place the frozen margarita mix into the blender. Fill up blender 3/4 of the way with ice. Grab the frozen mix container and fill it up 1/2 of the way with tequila. Pour into blender. Fill up mix container with 1/4 triple sec and pour into blender. Blend ingredients until smooth and pour into your favorite margarita glass. **my favorite recipe

Ingredients: 60 ml tequila, 30 ml lime juice, 30 ml grapefruit juice, 15 ml orange flavored liquor
Directions: Swipe glass with grapefruit and roll the outside in sugar or salt. Fill glass with ice, then top off with above ingredients.
Spicy Margarita

Ingredients: 1/2 oz jalapeño simple syrup, 1-2 jalapeño slices, 2.5 oz silver tequila, 2.5 oz pineapple juice, lime
Directions: Add limes, simple syrup, and jalapeño to cocktail shaker. Muddle the ingredients. Pour in the tequila, pineapple juice and ice. Shake all ingredients and pour into a glass.
