Easter has already come and gone… WOW! This year just continues to fly by, it’s crazy! I hope everyone had a great Easter with friends and family and I hope everyone filled up on yummy food & treats! That’s the best part about holidays, right?

As if I weren’t obsessed with the naked cakes enough! I obsess over naked wedding cakes but NOW I can have a naked cake just because?! O K, sign me up. This cake also sounds more refreshing than it does sweet!
I don’t even have to commentate on this one… all I have to say is that the good Lord himself blessed us with this cake.

Is your mouth watering just as much as mine is? LOL, something about when summer turns to fall and winter turns to spring puts me in a baking mood! I want my house to be full of cinnamon and apple scents baking in the fall and bright colors and refreshing treats in the spring!
