Last Minute Thanksgiving Recipes

Friendsgiving tonight? Family Thanksgiving tomorrow throughout the weekend? Now that we’re considered “adults” don’t be that guy/gal that doesn’t bring a signature dish for holiday potlucks or even more relevant.. THANKSGIVING THAT IS TOMORROW! These super simple recipes that I put together are my absolute favs, so give me a little credit when people don’t leave a single crumb of the dish you brought! 😉

King Ranch Chicken

Ingredients

2 cups Chicken breast, cooked

1/2 cup Green bell pepper

1/2 cup Yellow onion
Canned Goods
1 can (10-3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup, condensed
1 can (10-3/4 oz each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed
Oils & Vinegars
12 Corn tortillas (6 inch)
2 cups Cheddar cheese
1 can (10 oz each) Ro*tel® original diced tomatoes & green chilies
1/4 cup of Melt Fleischmann’s original stick

1.Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.

2.Melt Fleischmann’s in large saucepan over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in both soups, undrained tomatoes and chicken.

3. Layer one-third each of tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese evenly in dish. Repeat layers twice more. Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Seven Layer Dip

With Ground Beef, Refried Beans, Monterey Jack Cheese, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Salsa, Black Olives, Chopped Tomatoes all layered!

 

 

 

Deviled Eggs

  1. After eggs are cooled down, peel and cut in half
  2. take out the yolk to place in a bowl.
  3. Mayonnaise and Mustard to taste!

Slutty Brownies

1 box Brownie mix
1 box Chocolate chip cookie mix
1 box Oreos
