There may have been a time when Baylor University would have been a regional thing to talk about. But considering the ridiculous amount of academic & athletic success they’ve amassed in Waco, TX, it’s no small wonder that you tend to see Baylor shirts everywhere you go.
Think that’s hyperbole?!? Consider that a big ol’ chunk of elementary & middle schools in the Lone Star State who have a bear as a mascot also rock the Green and Gold. Though other Texas schools would like turn their nose up to the idea, there’s no denying that Baylor University’s ties in the state run VERY deep.
